Kartik Aaryan Not To Play Akshay’s Role Of Raju In Hera Pheri 3, Read This Latest Update - RVCJ Media

Some time back, actor Paresh Rawal who has also been a part of the first and second installments of “Hera Pheri” confirmed on Twitter that Kartik Aaryan is doing the third part of the series and many people opined that Kartik wouldn’t fit in the role of Raju as only Akshay can play this iconic character. As per some reports, it was also suggested that the script would be changed as Kartik would be playing the character of a young Raju but now a big update has come up according to which the role of Raju is being removed from the flick and Kartik Aaryan will be portraying a new character.

The first movie of the series released in 2000, it starred Tabu, Asrani, Om Puri, Mukesh Khanna , etc. along with Akshay Kumar, Suniel Shetty and Paresh Rawal and it was a big hit on the box-office. The second movie of the franchise hit the theaters in 2006 in which Rimi Sen and Bipasha Basu were roped in to play the female leads; this movie was also loved by audiences.

If reports are to be believed, Akshay Kumar has refused to be a part of the third flick because he didn’t like the script but some are also saying that he declined to do it because he wanted higher fees than what he was offered for doing the movie. Whatever is the real reason behind Akshay Kumar not doing the movie but it is true that Kartik Aaryan is the safest bet in the current times if you have to replace Akshay Kumar because Kartik’s “Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2” has worked pretty well on the box-office.

Will “Hera Pheri 3” be able to impress viewers in Akshay Kumar’s absence especially when many feel that no Akshay Kumar means no ‘Hera Pheri’? What are your views in this regard? Share with us.
