Kunal Kapoor Transformed His Pot Belly Into A Muscular One & People Can’t Get Over His New Look

The Bollywood actors of today don’t shy away from gaining or losing weight, as per the demands of the character they are going to play in their upcoming movies. We have seen Shah Rukh Khan working out for making six pack abs for a movie while Aamir Khan has been a perfectionist in true sense when it comes to change his looks for a role. He worked out rigorously for “Ghajini” and shed kilos for “3 Idiots”. Even in his latest movie “Dangal”, he was first seen as a wrestler and then a pot-bellied father of four daughters.

Kunal Kapoor, the handsome hunk who has impressed us with his acting in ‘Rang De Basanti’, ‘Luv Shuv Tey Chicken Khurana’ and ‘Dear Zindagi’, has now transformed himself completely for his upcoming flick “Veeram” which is going to release on September 2, 2017.

Kunal shared the photos of his transformation on Twitter with caption, “6 months, 23 days, 12 hours and 232 protein shakes later! #transform”. Undoubtedly, his hard work is clearly visible in this pic:

Kunal has posted few pics on Instagram which show what all he had to go through for this:

Staring at himself.. Must be feeling the difference..

Kunal is playing the character of Chandu Chekavar, an infamous warrior who used to exist in the 16th century in Kerala. The actor will be seen in two looks in the movie which is said to be inspired from Shakespeare’s popular play entitled ‘Macbeth’.

This is what Kunal said on his transformation,

“I was training like a beast for almost six months. I have always been fit but this is the fittest and most muscular I have ever been. I play a warrior in the film and I wanted to make sure I felt and looked like one.”

We wish him luck for his film and appreciate the hard work that he has put in for playing the character.
