Bihar’s topper of Class 12th already stunned everyone with her essay of just one line on Tulsidas, a Hindu saint, and now here comes another shocking revelation from her side.
Yes, the girl recently stated,
“Maine to Papa se kaha tha pass karwa dijiye, unhone to top hi karwa diya.”
During interrogation, Ruby Rai disclosed that she was not at all willing to top examinations but on the contrary, only pass them and for the same, the girl asked her father for arranging passing marks, as she said, “I had only asked Papa to get me passed but he went ahead and made me topper.”
Previously, she stated that she’s an ordinary ‘dehaat’ girl and didn’t know how she topped the examinations. She wasn’t able to answer even basic questions asked in the re-examination. Even more surprisingly, she was unable to pronounce “Political Science” and this clearly indicates the complex scam which involves college administration as well as students.
As per Patna special SP Manu Maharaj heading Special Investigation Team for investigating this scam, “The arts topper was very forthright in accepting that she did not deserve to be a topper.”
“She had expected second division at best. She now blames her guardians and Vishun Roy College Principal, Bachcha Rai, for making her topper.” Comments of the girl in an interview brought this scam to light; however, every other topper effectively passed the re-examination process which involved a panel of 14 experts for examining each topper separately.
Vishun Roy (VR) College’s affiliation is cancelled by BSEB (Bihar School Examination Board) after the matter disclosed.
