It has been quite some time that Mallika Sherawat has been inactive in Bollywood. All this while, we’ve only seen her on Instagram and annual Cannes Film Festival.
Mallika Sherawat has been happily living in Paris with her boyfriend Cyrille Auxenfans from past some time. However, recently there were reports that the couple is having problems with the landlord and they haven’t paid him the rent which may lead to their eviction from the flat.
As per the claims by European media, the couple is yet to pay their rent. As of November 14 their dues to the landlord are nearly 80,000 euros (78,786.73 euros) i.e more than 60 lakh rupees.
The reports of FranceTVInfo and BBC also suggest that the couple are in financial distress and can’t afford the rent for the posh 350 sq. m flat on the 16th Arrondissement.
The landlord was also quoted as saying-
“The couple could easily afford the rent, but there were currently no negotiations going on over the dispute. ‘We are talking about 46m euros in revenue and a fortune of 140 million. We are far from the tenant in difficulty.’”
Now Mallika Sherawat has replied to all the reports with a bang. The former Bollywood actress took to Twitter and wrote-
