Much before the movie released, we already said that Tanu weds Manu can be the best movie of the year. And, we are not wrong, at least it is best of the movie of the first 6 months of 2015.
Story Line – Tanu is wedded to Manu for 4 years now, when suddenly their marriage collapses and both return back to their city from London. What happens next is roller-coaster ride for the audience as well as actors. Simply, a must-watch for all the wild-child.
Kanagana Ranaut has joined the league of Sridevi and Hema Malini and needless to say she has done a great job. And, this is by far Kangana Ranaut finest performance. The beautiful Manu still looks the same wild yet mesmerizing girl and the rustic Kusum is just mind-blowing. The dialogue delivery in Haryanvi needs a special mention, because man, this girl has proven her mantle. And, she is here to stay.
Now, coming is R.Madhavan, is as usual a sober and charming men,searching for true love, now in Kusum. But what happens when Kusum and Manu romance blossoms and then comes back the vivacious Tanu back in their life. Other actors be it Manu’s mother or Kusum’s brother Omi or the gangster Jimmy Shergill, have done full justice to their characters .
The movie reminds us of the film-making caliber of Hrishikesh Mukherjee. But the picture perfect credits goes to the director , Anand L Rai.
