Naga Chaitanya and Samantha Ruth Prabhu used to look as a perfect couple and it won’t be wrong to say that they did make one of the most adorable couples of India but they shocked their fans by announcing their divorce on October 2, 2021, in a joint statement on the social media networks. It was certainly a big setback for their family, friends and fans as they were married for four years and everyone was hoping to see them together forever.
While Samantha has been quite vocal in regard to how she is handling the life after divorce, Naga Chaitnaya has opened up on this matter for the first time during the promotions of his next release “Bangarraju” in which he is working with his father, Nagarjuna.
Talking about the divorce, Naga Chaitanya stated that it was okay as it was the best decision taken in that situation and if Samantha is happy, he is also happy. Naga also said that he was able to cope up with the tough times as his family supported him completely.

It is being said that Naga Chaitanya and his family offered Rs. 200 crore as alimony to Samantha which she refused. When Nagarjuna was asked about the divorce of Naga Chaitanya and Samantha, he called it unfortunate and said that he would cherish the time spent with Samantha.
