The Pakistani young cricketer Ihsanullah Khan is currently making headlines for his pace bowling in the Pakistan Super League as he is a part of Multan Sultans and many people are of the opinion that he has the ability to bowl faster than India’s Umran Malik. In a recent interview, Ihsanullah expressed his desire of making his international debut against India and helping his team in emerging victorious, he has also said that he wants to dismiss Indian cricketer Virat Kohli.
While Indian cricket fans have trolled him for his statement related to Virat Kohli, there were some who have doubt over his age as well.
However, now Ihsanullah made headlines after Pakistani cricketer Imad Wasim used abusive language for the former during the match between Karachi Kings and Multan Sultans. In the 16th over of the innings, Ihsanullah came to bat after Anwar Ali got out and at that time, skipper of Karachi Kings Imad Wasim was heard saying to his bowler Akif Javed to bowl just bouncers to Ihsanullah and not full-length deliveries.
While giving this instruction to Akif Javed, Imad Wasim used an abusive word as he said, “Don’t bowl full delivery to this ****, only bowl bouncers”.
However, the young Pakistani pacer managed to remain not out after playing three balls before his team got out at the score of 101 in 16.3 overs and lost the match by 66 runs.
As far as the match between Karachi Kings and Multan Sultans is concerned, Karachi Kings was put to bat by Multan Sultans after winning the toss. KK managed to make a competitive score of 167/3 with the help of brilliant knocks of Matthew Wade (46 runs, 47 balls, 4 fours) and Tayyab Tahir (65 runs, 46 balls, 8 fours & 1 six). In response, Multan Sultans got wrapped up at 101 runs and lost the match.
In the points tally, Mohammad Rizwan-led Multan Sultans is at the second position with 4 wins in 6 matches and Karachi Kings is at the fourth position with 2 wins in 6 matches.
This is not the first time that Imad Wasim has behaved in an indecent manner; earlier in the PSL 2022, he was found guilty of Level 1 breach of the PSL Code of Conduct in a match against Islamabad United. What is your take in this regard? Do let us know.
