The speculations of Jasprit Bumrah’s marriage started when he asked BCCI to give him leave for some personal reasons. Though neither Jasprit Bumrah nor BCCI made any official statement regarding the cricketer’s marriage, a source confirmed that the Indian pacer would get hitched. The whole affair was so secretive that people were not even aware of the bride’s name. Earlier people thought that Jasprit is getting married to actress Anupama Parmeswaran but her mother cleared the air by denying all the rumours. Later Sanjana’s name came into limelight but still the couple and their closed ones chose to remain silent on this matter until they both tied the knot.

The ceremony was such a secret affair that only around 20 guests were invited and they were also not allowed to come with their mobile phones.

As the news of Jasprit Bumrah and Sanjana Ganesan went viral, many teammates of Jasprit Bumrah such as Hardik Pandya, Shikhar Dhawan, Cheteshwar Pujara, etc. gave best wishes to the couple but the tweet that was noticed the most was from the official Twitter handle of the IPL team Rajasthan Royals.

In the past also, we have seen RR making some really witty tweets and this time the Twitter handle of the Rajasthan franchise not only congratulated the couple but also suggested them to visit Maldives for honeymoon in April-May in a funny manner.

Here is what RR tweeted, “Congratulations, guys! We hear Maldives is great in April – May”.

The IPL 2021 is going to take place in April-May and Jasprit Bumrah is an integral part of Mumbai Indians which has won the league five times and will be looking forward to win it sixth time in the IPL 2021 as well so RR is suggesting Bumrah to visit Maldives so that he won’t be able to play in the tournament.

Nice one, RR Admin.
