The most bizarre news that you hear comes mostly from people in higher decree but with low IQ. In yet another case of showing their ill-education and lack of knowledge UP Minister Totaram Yadav has set example that no one will be able to defy in near future – Hope so.
In an interview when asked if there is any way by which Rapes can be decreased – He gave the most astonishing answer one could even imagine of –
“What is rape? There is nothing as such. Rapes happen with mutual consent of boys and girls.”
And, if you want to listen to more of his illogical answers, this one can be of heights
“Rapes are of two types one which is forced and another that happens with mutual consent.”
We wish if he could have stopped here, but needless to say , he did not.
When asked should rapists be hanged to death?
“They are boys, they make mistakes” – This was the epic response he gave!
Believe it or Not – But our Ministers really need to visit Mental Rehabilitation Centers otherwise they surely do not have bright future in India.
