A funny incident took place with a person who visited Goa recently as he lost his iPhone and later on, he came to know that his iPhone’s value was not more than a plate of Pav bhaji for the person who stole it.

Well, the person narrated the incident on X, he wrote that when he was in a drunken state, a drunk pickpocket stole his iPhone and later on, the thief felt hungry so he went to a small shop for having pav bhaji. After eating pav bhaji, the thief realized that he had no money to pay for pav bhaji so he paid for it by giving the iPhone to the shopkeeper who happily accepted it.

The shopkeeper charged the phone and talked to the owner when he called his number and then the person had to visit 60 kms outside Goa in order to get his iPhone. The iPhone was missing for around 36 hours and it was no less than a nightmare of the iPhone owner.

His tweets read, “A drunk dude pickpocketed my phone in Goa (I was equally drunk). The drunk dude then got very hungry and went to eat bhaji pao in a small shop but he had no money to pay for it so he took out the red iPhone and tried to trade that for the bhaji pao. The owner took the phone from the thief and charged it and picked up our call after 36 hours of phone being lost and switched off. And he was sweet enough to give it back to us (we had to drive 60 kms to a random location outside the Goa city).”

But what is surprising is that an iPhone which must cost around Rs. 1 lakh was exchanged for a plate of pav bhaji which would have cost around Rs. 100.

Well, who needs to sell a kidney to get an iPhone when you have a plate of delicious pav bhaji!
