“Dill Mill Gayye” has undoubtedly been one of the most loved and famous television serials of STAR One watched by a large number of people. It was the sequel of “Sanjivani – A Medical Boon” which originally aired on Star Plus from 2002 to 2005.
The medical drama series chiefly portrayed medical interns of modern generation, emphasizing the love story of Dr. Armaan Malik and Dr. Riddhima Gupta.
If you have been watching the show on a regular basis, you must be aware of the fact that its cast underwent a lot of changes, particularly Dr. Riddhima, the female lead character. This role was originally played by Shilpa Anand who later left “Dill Mill Gayye” and other actresses took her place.
