The Indian cricketer Rinku Singh has earned a reputation of being a power hitter and a good finisher and there are many who feel that he has the capability to become a finisher like Yuvraj Singh and MS Dhoni.
Rinku Singh became a household name after he smashed 5 consecutive sixes in the last over of the match and helped his IPL team Kolkata Knight Riders in winning the match. He also started his international career in a good manner as he won the Player of the Match award in the match against Ireland in which he got the chance to bat for the first time in the series.
Currently, the young Indian cricketer is playing in the Uttar Pradesh T20 League for Meerut Mavericks and he made his team win the match against Kashi Rudras by smashing three consecutive sixes in the super over.

The match was played at Green Park, Kanpur and after winning the toss, Meerut Mavericks chose to bat first. MM managed to put up a good total of 181/4 in their 20 overs with the help of Madhav Kaushik’s knock of 87 runs not out (52 balls, 9 fours & 4 sixes). In response, Kashi Rudras also batted well, Karan Sharma (58 runs, 44 balls, 5 fours & 2 sixes) and Shivam Bansal (57 runs, 41 balls, 3 fours & 3 sixes) played brilliant knocks but the match got tied as KR ended their innings at the score of 181/7.
In the super over, Kashi Rudras managed to score 16 runs at the loss of one wicket and Meerut Mavericks sent their IPL star to bat in the super over. Though Rinku Singh failed to score a run on the first ball of the super over, he ensured that his team ended the game as the winner by hitting three sixes.
