RRR’s Naatu Naatu Wins Best Original Song At Golden Globes; PM Modi, SRK, NTR Jr & Others React

SS Rajamouli’s magnum opus “RRR” (Rise Roar Revolt) broke many records on the box-office after its release and it was appreciated not just by Indians but was showered with a lot of love and affection from foreigners as well. Many Hollywood actors, directors, etc. have praised the movie, its music and direction and it has once again made every Indian proud as the flick’s song “Naatu Naatu” has won the Golden Globe Award in the Best Original Song category.

The lyrics of “Naatu Naatu” were written by Chandrabose, it was composed by M.M. Keeravani and was sung by Kala Bhairava, M. M. Keeravani and Rahul Sipligunj.

The award presented by Wednesday star Jenna Ortega was received by the film’s music composer M.M. Keeravani and this is certainly a very big thing for the country as it’s the first time that any Indian song has won this prestigious award and secondly, it emerged as the winner despite having tough competition from some of the biggest stars of the music world including Rihanna, Taylor Swift and Lady Gaga.

While everyone thought that losing the award may have annoyed other big stars, the Barbadian singer Rihanna was seen congratulating and waving at the team of “RRR”. As “Naatu Naatu” won the award, Twitter was flooded with reactions and not just the Indian movie lovers but many celebs also congratulated MM Keeravani and the entire team of “RRR” for this huge achievement.
