Russian President Putin Says Russian Women Can Sleep With World Cup Tourists

A senior Russian lawmaker had proposed a plea asking women of the country to avoid sleeping with World Cup tourists.

Tamara Pletnyova was of the opinion that Russian women should sleep with men of their own race and country and should avoid sleeping with foreign tourists during FIFA world cup tournament.

Pletnyova is of the opinion that Russian citizens must marry each other and “a good family, live together, give birth to children and educate them”

However, Vladimir Putin, the President of Russia denied this and said that women of Russia can sleep with World Cup tourists. He said,

“Russian women can probably manage their own affairs. They are the best women in the world.”
