Brand wars have become very common these days. Especially in the telecom industry, we see providers taking subtle digs at each other very often.
Looks as if the recent ones to lock horns are Samsung and OnePlus 6. Well, OnePlus recently announced its flagship phone OnePlus 6. It came with an interesting tagline “The Speed You Need”. This device has taken care of the speed aspect & has ensured that apps are loaded in a smooth & fast manner.
Seeing this tagline, even Samsung came up with a post countering it. Samsung made a Facebook post in which it advertised its Galaxy S8 and A8 Plus. It took a dig at OnePlus by saying “Smartphone experience is more than just speed”.
Although it didn’t target OnePlus directly, the phrase “More Than Just Speed” is enough for us to understand. Here’s the FB post by Samsung;
