Transformation is something that doesn’t come easy. It takes lots of efforts and dedication to achieve the impossible. Sanjay Dutt’s daughter Trishala Dutt seems to be an exception. Pics of star kids become easily viral on social media these days; last week, SRK’s daughter Suhana was in news and this week, Trishala has hit the headlines for her TRANSFORMATION.
Sanjay and Maanyata were here in India celebrating Diwali, while their daughter Trishala was in New York, adding to the hotness. She took to Instagram to share her recent picture and people were stunned to see the transformation.
Her latest pic will make you hit the gym right away; her perfectly toned body is giving us major fitness goals. Moreover, she chose a maroon crop top paired with bell-bottoms, which looked nothing less than best.

In an interview, Trishala also revealed,
“I lost around 20 kilos. I got a trainer and I basically ate what I wanted but I did strength training at least four times a week for an hour. I really worked very, very hard for my results. I sweated, I cried, I did it all to get where I’m at. I still feel I need to lose more. I’m extremely broad on top and really narrow down below so it’s frustrating shopping for shirts and jackets sometimes but I make the best of what I have. There is always room for more improvement.”
