The King of Bollywood, Shah Rukh Khan is blessed with amazing sense of humour. There’s no denying the fact that he becomes the life and soul of any event or party, thanks to his witty remarks and brilliant style of delivering speeches.
He rules the film industry as well as hearts of millions and there’s simply no one who can replace him. However, the “Raees” star feels that he has a competitor and the man is none other than Anant Ambani, son of Mukesh and Nita Ambani.
Reliance Industries Limited recently completed forty years of success and glory and to celebrate the moment, a lavish party was thrown by the Ambanis in which Bollywood stars were also present.
Late Mr Dhirubhai Ambani commenced this firm and here’s what Mukesh Ambani stated at the party,
“Everything I am today… is because of Reliance.”
He seemed to be much inspired by his father whom he considers as an icon and a legend. In his words,
“My father is a timeless legend, an Indian icon and eternal inspiration to all Indians of all generations — “Kal, aaj aur kal” — We shall forever remain true to his vision, his ideals and his principles… On this happy occasion, I on behalf of everyone offer “koti koti pranam” and seek his blessings.”
The event was also attended by Shah Rukh who shares a good bond with Mukesh and Nita. Mukesh’s children Anant, Akash and Isha had officially been introduced to mediapersons as members of Reliance family and SRK hosted the event with the trio.
Shah Rukh had many interesting discussions with Anant and meanwhile, he asked Anant his first salary.
SRK asked,
“My first salary was INR 50. What was your first salary, Anant?”
Anant had an amazing and unexpected reply to this question. He answered,
“Leave it. You will feel a little embarrassed if I tell you this.”
