Losing weight is the toughest challenge that one can face. However, it’s essential to be fit, else numerous health problems come our way.
Weight loss is not everyone’s cup of tea; one needs to work really hard to achieve fitness goals. This girl Felicia Keathley turned the impossible into I M Possible by working out rigorously for 14 months.
Often, people follow crash diets to get back into shape; however, it’s the consistency that matters a lot. It took her 14 months to lose a whopping 59 kgs. It needs a lot of patience to reach this level and Felicia did it with great ease.
She posted her before and after pictures on Twitter and we just couldn’t recognize her. Everyone is lauding her for her efforts.

Felicia revealed that she worked out 6 days a week and followed a combination of weight lifting and cardio. It was sheer determination to her weight loss goal that made this dream come true for her.
