A recent viral video has taken social media by storm, leaving fans both surprised and curious. The clip shows Smriti Mandhana’s father meeting Palak Muchhal and her husband Mithoon at a restaurant in Mumbai. What caught everyone’s attention was Palak greeting Smriti’s father Srinivas Mandhana respectfully by touching his feet, a gesture often associated with warmth and family values in Indian culture.
While no one knows the actual reason behind this meeting, it has sparked widespread speculation online. Many people are wondering if this could mean a possible reconciliation between Smriti Mandhana and Palash Muchhal, and whether marriage could still be on the cards. Social media users have shared mixed reactions, some expressing surprise, others simply asking what’s really going on. A few even believe that the video might not be recent.

So far, neither the Mandhana nor the Muchhal family has made any official statement about the viral clip or the rumours surrounding it.
To understand why this is such a big deal, it’s important to recall what happened earlier. Smriti Mandhana and Palash Muchhal were once set to get married on November 23, 2025, in Sangli, Maharashtra, Smriti’s hometown. However, the wedding was first postponed indefinitely and later called off. Smriti herself confirmed the cancellation through an Instagram post, where she also requested privacy for both the families and asked people to avoid unnecessary speculation.
Things became more complicated when Smriti’s friend Vidnyan Mane made serious allegations. He claimed that Palash had cheated and was caught with another woman during the wedding celebrations. According to him, the situation escalated and caused major fallout.
Palash Muchhal strongly denied these claims, calling them completely false and damaging. He stated that the accusations were made with the intention of harming his reputation and confirmed that his lawyer Shreyansh Mithare is exploring legal action.
At this point, the truth remains unclear. The viral video has definitely reignited public interest but without any confirmation, everything remains speculation. Sometimes, moments like these remind us how quickly assumptions can spread and how important it is to wait for facts before drawing conclusions.
