Bollywood King SRK always keeps experimenting with his roles; he gives 100 percent to whatever he takes and it is this attitude that has made him so successful. Once again, he is all set to woo the audience, but this time in a totally different character; reports say that King Khan will play the role of a soldier in his next home production. As of now, Shah Rukh Khan is busy with the Imtiaz Ali movie (The one that stars Anushka Sharma), but soon after that, he will start preparing for his war-based flick.
If reports are to be believed, the film will revolve around Operation Khukri, a rescue operation that Indian Military had carried out in Sierra’s (West Africa) tropical forests, for rescuing 223 Indian soldiers, who were held captive for 75 days.
Usually SRK prefers romantic films but this time fans will be served with something new. Sources also say preparations have started and a special team has been formed for research.
If everything goes well, the movie might go on floors this year itself; moreover, it’s said that most of the scenes will be shot in Africa, so as to give a realistic feel. Currently, the production house is finalizing the cast and the director. Talks with Azure Entertainment are going on for the film’s script.
Even SRK seems to be very excited about this project because his role in the movie “Fauji” is still fresh in his mind. This is going to be the most expensive project of Red Chillies Entertainment; we are already excited about it.
