It’s really true to the core that the world has changed for worse and even the ones who entertain us through TV serials and movies are not left untouched from it. The same can be witnessed from many instances we come across often. In this connection, a worth mentioning name is Vishal Thakkar, an actor who has worked in TV serials and movies and who has been booked on the charges of raping a television actress. A complaint was filed against Vishal Thakkar and he was booked under various sections of IPC such as 376 (rape), 420 (cheating), 323, 509 (word, gesture or act intended to insult the modesty of a woman) and 506 (criminal intimidation), as told by Ramchandra Gaikwad, Senior Inspector of Charkop police station.
The television actress who has worked in many TV serials has claimed that Vishal raped her in his house; however the complete details have not been made public. The police have not arrested the actor till now.
Vishal has worked in the Sab TV’s popular comedy serial Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah and he has been part of some movies like Munnabhai MBBS, Tango Charlie and Chandni Bar.
