Many cases of accidents related to firecrackers get reported every year on Diwali and majority of them are a result of carelessness and irresponsible behaviour. It’s not that people are unaware of the fact that firecrackers should be dealt with care and responsibility but they still indulge in acts which are very harmful and sometimes even life-threatening.
A video is currently going viral in which a biker is seen performing stunts on road and firing crackers which are attached to his bike. In the video which has been viewed for more than 216K times, the biker is seen attaching firecrackers to his bike and then he sets them on fire and starts performing stunts on the road. The incident took place in the city of Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu and the police got into action as they got to know about the video.

An Instagram handle “Devil Rider” was mentioned in the video and this helped cops in tracking the rider and ultimately they arrested him. The rider has been booked under sections 279, 286 and 336 of the IPC and many online users have demanded strict punishment for him as he put not only his life at risk but also the lives of others on the road.
