There is another twist in the suicide case of Pratyusha Banerjee, who was found dead on the 1st of April at her Goregaon residence. As per reports, it is said that after the anticipatory bail plea hearing of Rahul Raj Singh, the prosecutor stated that early leads suggest of Pratyusha being murdered.
However, Mumbai Police stated that murder charges on Rahul Raj Singh are applicable only after getting his custody. Other reports suggest that as per initial investigation, Rahul could have entered in her building through some adjacent window, but instead he preferred wasting over half an hour to call the neighbor.
Other sources revealed that the Dupatta of Pratyusha wasn’t hanging, instead it was lying aside. Moreover, there was no object found, which the actress used for climbing to reach the fan, for committing suicide.
Currently, Rahul has been granted an anticipatory bail by the Bombay High Court. Latest, there are updates that Bombay High Court didn’t transfer this case to Crime Branch, even though the mother of the actress had appealed to do so.
