Whether it’s China’s festival of eating dogs or people kidnapping street dogs and eating them, all these examples show how inhuman human beings have become. Did you see the number plate? Although faces of men are not clear but car along with number plate is apparently visible. Unquestionably, they have done something utterly inhuman and these men need to get appropriate punishment for such a ruthless act.
