Indians are known for two things, one is the level of jugaad we do and the other is our food. We are very protective of our food and our culture. Though western countries say they can’t handle the spice we add in our food but tell me who likes bland pani-puris? We take pride in our food and we should! With so many varieties and adaptations.
The primitive ingredient that is used in our food is oil and ghee. Or should I say lactose-free butter? Indians have been using ghee for as long as I can remember! Even before the use of oil, most of our meals were cooked and savored in ghee. This American channel just came across ghee and it can be seen in the video that they are going gaga over its uses. While we Indians are sitting back and having a laugh!
