Infinity Stones or gems are the most powerful singularities in the universe. Whoever gains the possession of them becomes omnipotent. Thanos managed to collect all the Infinity Stones and even the Avengers failed to stop him. If you still haven’t seen the film then don’t read any further because it contains spoilers. The end of Avengers: Infinity War saw many of our favorites dying, fading away. So when people are turning to ash that’s Thanos using the powers of the soul stone which is amplified because it is used conjunction with the power stone, the space stone, the reality stone, and the mind stone. So remember there’s a stacking bonus from using the stones together. We saw Thanos using the time stone to turn vision back so that he can take the mind stone from him before he exploded, but Thanos could actually roll time back or forwards for the entire universe if he used the time stone with all the other stones together. We know there’s a lot of separate questions about how the Avengers are going to fix everything and bring all those vanished superheroes back in Avengers 4, but we will have to wait and see.
