Cricketers are not less famous than Bollywood celebrities in India and businessmen don’t mind paying them good or presenting costly gifts in order to take benefit from their popularity.
MS Dhoni, the former captain of Indian cricket team, is still one of the most loved players of the present time despite the fact that he is not even the captain of the IPL team for which he is playing.
Just recently, Dhoni was gifted a Rs. 1.5 crore service apartment by the Elan Group, the Gurugram-based real estate developer.
The builder has gifted this apartment to Dhoni in its building project on Dwarka Expressway. Not only this, the builder also plans to launch a floor which will be dedicated to cricketers only and MSD will be the first cricketer in this regard. Elan Group’s director Ravish Kapoor said,
“MS Dhoni is an epitome of true sportsmanship and has brought laurels to India. Elan Group appreciates his contribution towards Indian cricket, and thus gifts him a service apartment in Elan Miracle.”

The flat gifted to MSD has an area of 1,000 square feet and it is in the 7-acre mixed-use building project which is named as Elan Miracle, situated in Sec-84, Dwarka expressway, Gurugram.
