There are many Indian beauties who are giving tough competition to International divas and Srinidhi Ramesh Shetty is one of them. She is the only lady to win Miss Supranational 2016 and Miss Asia and Oceania 2016 in the same year and now she has earned the title of ‘The Most Desirable Woman 2016’ in India. Despite the fact that many Bollywood actresses were also the contenders for the title, she has beaten them all and has become the most desirable woman of 2016.
Some of the beauties who were also on the Times List of 50 Most Desirable Women Of 2016 are Katrina Kaif, Deepika Padukone, Priyanka Chopra, Jacqueline Fernandez, Sunny Leone, Lopamudra Raut, Priyadarshini Chatterjee and Amy Jackson.
Srinidhi was born to Mr. Ramesh Shetty and Mrs. Kushala Shetty on 21st Oct, 1992, in Mangalore. She has worked in Accenture in Bengaluru as an IT professional for 2 years after completing her Bachelors in EEE from Jain University. In 2012, she won Miss Beautiful Smile and Miss Karnataka. We will get to watch her in a Sandalwood movie, “K.G.F.” in which she will be seen opposite Rocking Star Yash.
When she was asked about the qualities that made her desirable, her answer was,
“I think it’s much more than just my physical appearance. I strongly believe this is a recognition and appreciation that is bestowed upon those who represent India internationally. So, I dedicate this honour to all those men and women who have, and will, represent India.”
On her debut in Kannade film industry opposite Yash, she said,
“Yes, I am debuting with one of the biggest stars and that’s an amazing opportunity for a novice like me. Acting was never my career option. I didn’t believe I could act. It was the confidence of my director that encouraged me to take up this project. I just hope and pray that I do a good job and the movie goes on to be successful.”
