Soon Shagufta Ali would be seen entering ‘Sasural Simar Ka’ after the end of the Pataal Lok track.
Her character would be having shades of grey and the makers are still working on the same, says Shagufta.
The actress says that working on television is ‘Gadha Mazdoori’ and says that the character narrated to her was different. She feels lucky to have got such characters, whether drama or comedy, that are always remembered.
Earlier when there used to be weekly shows, actors used to feel like queens and kings, she says. But now, with this format of daily soap, they have to work like donkeys. She repeated herself by saying ‘Gadha mazdoori ban gayi hai’. However, attitude-wise, they are still queens and kings, but their working hours are very long.
Let’s hope that that her role in Sasural Simar Ka would be equally entertaining as her other roles that she has been playing till now!
