On Sunday morning, some unidentified persons attacked the vehicle of popular Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan in Ahmedabad; however, the good thing was that King Khan wasn’t in the car and nobody has reported to have been hurt in the incident.

According to reports, those persons who pelted stones at the King Khan’s car were shouting slogans like “Jai Shri Ram” and “Shah Rukh Khan Hai Hai”. SRK’s upcoming Bollywood flick ‘Raees’ which is slated to release in August, 2016 seems to be in trouble as Vishwa Hindu Parishad already protested against the movie and made a demand of cancelling the shoot’s permission in the state. What’s more, they gave warning of interrupting the shooting (whenever it takes place) if the District Collector doesn’t pay attention to them.
The reason behind this agitation might be the “growing intolerance” remark made by the actor on his 50th birthday for which he was criticized a lot by the Hindu groups. SRK showed his solidarity with the writers, poets, filmmakers who were returning their awards in a gesture of protest as to whatever happened in Dadri, where a Muslim was killed by a mob on the doubt of eating beef.
Earlier SRK and his youngest son Abram got stuck when they were mobbed in Bhuj outside a toy shop and now after this incident, Shah Rukh may change the location of his movie’s shooting.
