Gold and Satyameva Jayate are competing with each other in terms of collections. Both the movies are good & audience seems to be enjoying them. Sadly, the collections aren’t up to the mark.
The first day started well for Gold and Satyameva Jayate, but the numbers dropped from the 2nd day. We had high hopes from weekend figures, but even the Saturday business is not that great.
Satyameva Jayate hasn’t shown any growth on the 4th day. On the other hand, Gold has seen a 25 percent rise in collections. Have a look;
Satyameva Jayate collections
As per Box Office India, the collections of Satyameva Jayate are in the range of 7 crores since 3 days. Even on the 4th day, the movie registered a business of 7.25 crores. Well, a good run was expected, but the total is stuck at 43.19 crores.
Gold Collections
Gold has shown a considerable growth on Saturday. On Friday, the collections were 10 crores, but on Saturday, they have jumped to 12 crores. Now, the total stands at 55.25 crores. We are glad that Gold entered the 50 crores club in 4 days of its release; I am sure many must have expected a 100 crore club for this Akshay Kumar movie.
