Most of us use the helpline services of various companies at all times. They’re the only people who are at our rescue in times of difficulty. How many times have you called for guidance at a call center?
Have you been provided with the information correctly? I am sure you have! But as employees at the call center what are the issues that they face while answering our queries? Ever wondered?
There are various types of callers that ask for immediate and prompt service. Some want to be guided step by step with patience and some ask too many questions.
However, all a poor employee can do is answer you in a soft and well mannered language holding his frustration back. Why? Is it because he is a very kind and gentle person? Certainly not!
It’s all because of the IVR that says, “This call might be recorded for training and quality purposes we request you kindly provide us with your valuable feedback”.
That’s exactly what keeps the employees from bursting their frustration on the call. But what happens when the calls stop getting recorded? Any guesses? Okay let’s watch for ourselves in this hilarious video of ‘One Night At The Call Center’ by Be YouNick that will make you go ROFL! Make sure you watch it till the end. Check this out:
