How to use this service?
For using this service, both merchants as well as customers should use their mobile number for registering with Paytm. A 4-digit Paytm PIN should be set.
Then, while transferring from one wallet to another, one just needs to call up this toll free number and enter the number of the recipient followed by the Paytm PIN.
Initially, you need a smartphone for setting up your account with Paytm to use this. Keep in mind that call should be made only with that number which has been registered with Paytm.
As of now, it is not at all possible to create an account on a feature phone having no internet. For adding money to the wallet, a user has to login to through the website or through the app.
Nearby cash-in-points can also be used to top up the account!
