The onscreen combination of Saurabh Shukla, Annu Kapoor and Akshay Kumar is definitely going to give a wonderful ride of drama and laughter, don’t you think so? Jolly LLB 2 received rave reviews from audience as well as critics; thanks to Akshay Kumar’s style and his ever charming personality.
Since positive reviews were received, collections were bound to be good on the opening day. Occupancy rate was around 70 percent and Jolly LLB kicked off with a decent start. Woahh! The movie has already earned 13.20 crores on the opening day, which is way too decent. Except Akshay, the movie doesn’t have big names, but still it managed to pull off really well.
Jolly LLB 2 was made on a budget of 45 crores (30 crores was the cost of production and 15 crores was for the promotions), but it had already recovered all its costs i.e. 45 crores from satellite rights. 13 crores is pure profit for the film. It is very rare that a film starts earning profits from day 1 itself; Jolly LLB 2 is very lucky.
