Mangalore Couple Found Worms In Their Zinger Burger After They Ate Half Of It

A couple from Mangalore went to KFC to dig their mouth in some finger licking dishes but what they got to eat there was something they didn’t even expected in their nightmare.

Prashant and Deekshita visited KFC outlet, which is situated in the City Centre Mall of Bangalore and start eating their food but when they had almost eaten half of the food they found worms in their food.

The Times of India reported that the staff of KFC didn’t let the couple click a photo of the food, while the outlet manager took the couple’s complaint very casually and said that the worms may have been from the vegetables.

UT Khader, the Minister of Health and Family Welfare, Karnataka has instructed the department to issue a notice to the outlet.

UT Khader said “We cannot tolerate such lapses by anyone, including an MNC.” In a report in India Today, he further said that it comes under the responsibility of Multinational food joint to keep a check on the quality of food that they are serving.

Earlier also KFC has been in news for wrong reasons, there were news that they served fried rats instead of chicken and they also served food infested with bacteria.

In the year 2012, a family from Thiruvananthapuram, found worms in the chicken dish they were served in KFC outlet. The Food Safety Authority found that the certain KFC outlet in Kerela did not even have sufficient sanitation facilities in their restaurant and the chicken that was being served by them was five months old. After this, many inspections were conducted in the KFC outlets.
