A Brave Fighter Jet Pilot Lands His JET On A Stool, After Landing Gear Failure

An AV-8B Harrier Jet is capable of vertical takeoff and landing meaning, it does not require a runway to takeoff or to land. What would happen and what would a pilot do if the landing gear of Harrier fails.

The US military has just released a video of a situation where a US Marine Corps pilot Captain William Mahoney was made to land the same fighter jet on a stool. Since, biggest disadvantage of this fighter jet is the front landing gear, which fails fairly regularly.
