Jio has captured the telecom market with its attractive data and calling plans. In fact, it has overpowered other brands too in many aspects.
Providers like Airtel, Vodafone and Idea have lost customers because most of them preferred Jio considering the factor of affordability. It wouldn’t be wrong to call Jio “Customer-friendly” brand.
Some customers are not happy with Airtel’s services. One of them named Shubham Sahoo took to Twitter to express disappointment. He even said that since the network in his village is very poor, he would shift to Jio.

As soon as Jio and Airtel saw this tweet, they started fighting for the customer. Firstly, Jio asked the customer to share his details…
However, this didn’t go down well with Airtel. They asked customer to change their mind.
However, the customer was firm on choosing Jio and he replied to Airtel that he’s not going to change his mind at all…
Finally, he chose Jio’s services and shared all his details with them. Jio acknowledged the same. It’s glad to see how Jio is serving customers in such an efficient manner.
Other providers should really work hard on their services if they don’t want their customers to shift. You rock Jio!!
