Indians’ love for food and especially for sweet dishes is world known. We love Jalebi, Malpua, Rasgulla, and many more sweet treats.
But recently, we got to know something that will not go well for you as well. An American food channel called India’s favorite dessert Gulab Jamun as ‘Fried doughnuts of India’

‘Tasty’ an online food series by Buzzfeed that is quite popular among internet users currently posted the recipe of Gulab Jamun. But, we have seen little ‘hera-pheri’ of the name. The name given by them to Gulab Jamun infuriated Twitter users. Their mislabelling of Indian delicacy gave an open ground to Twitter to quarrel over dessert’s name.
Indians didn’t spare them at all. They highlighted some foreign dishes and gave them Indian names. Here are some sassiest replies given by them;
