Arshi Khan is one of the most controversial contestants of Bigg Boss 11 who often makes headlines with her stint in the house. However, there’s no denying the fact that she was in news, mostly for wrong reasons, even before she entered the show.
Few years ago, an advocate registered a case against her in Jalandhar for painting Indian and Pak National Flags on her semi-nude body.
The case is not closed yet and as she didn’t appear for the court hearings for 3 months, the court issued an arrest warrant against Arshi.
International Business Times reported that police has been given the order of entering BB house and detaining Arshi by Jalandhar magistrate court. It’s happening for the third time that she didn’t appear for the trial and a warrant is issued for the second time against her, as reported.
Flynn Remedios, the publicist of Arshi Khan, has already got a stay order till 15th January, 2018, when Bigg Boss 11 finale will be over.
Here’s what Flynn said,
“An arrest warrant was issued against Arshi Khan on Monday by a Jalandhar magistrate’s court. I could not attend the court as I was down with fever and as we all know, Arshi Khan is locked inside the Bigg Boss house. Arshi Khan has been inside the Bigg Boss house since October 1st and this was the third time that the case came up for hearing in the last three months.”
At the same time, Flynn made it clear that the warrant has not been cancelled but police can take an action only after 15th January, 2018.
In his words,
“However, on producing proof that Arshi Khan is locked up inside the Bigg Boss house, the court was pleased to stay the execution of the warrant till January 15, 2018. In simple terms, this means that the arrest warrant still exists and is not cancelled, but the police will not take action till January 15. If Arshi Khan attends the court before that, the warrant may be cancelled or else the police will execute the warrant.”
Well, Arshi has a lot to face after coming out of Bigg Boss and her troubles don’t seem to end any sooner.
