Avika Gor Speaks On Whether Nepotism Debate Has Benefitted Her & Other Outsiders - RVCJ Media

Earlier in an interview, Avika Gor stated that the southern industry is all about nepotism, it is just that it gets highlighted in Bollywood.

Recently she also opened up on whether the nepotism debate which was started by Kangana Ranaut has benefitted the outsiders or not. Kangana Ranaut started this debate when she appeared in an episode of Koffee with Karan along with Saif Ali Khan in which she called Karan Johar the flagbearer of nepotism.

According to Avika Gor, it is the talent which prevails and it is not just about the current time but also about 10-15 years ago when she started working. She added that even at that time, she didn’t have a surname and she got famous only because of her talent and the show Balika Vadhu. Avika further said that she believes it is the writers and the filmmakers who make them the actors that they are and irrespective of the person’s background, everything depends on talent.

“1920: Horrors of the Heart” is directed by Krishna Bhatt, the daughter of famous director/producer Vikram Bhatt.

Well, we also agree with Avika that in the end, it is the talent which matters, what do you say? Have you seen “1920: Horrors of the Heart”?
