The coronavirus outbreak has brought many problems in our lives but the poor sections of the society were affected the most as they have no savings and have to work daily to earn and fulfill their basic needs. Nevertheless, they were getting no work during the lockdown and it was becoming difficult to survive so they started their journey for their home towns by walking on road.

In order to help these migrant workers, Sonu Sood got in touch with the Maharashtra government and other state governments and provided transportation to them. Till now, he has sent thousands of people to their homes and now he has also started a toll-free number. Not only this, people can also contact him easily on the micro-blogging site Twitter as well.

Recently, a fan compared Sonu Sood to the legendary Bollywood actor Amitabh Bachchan and said that when things will get normal, Sonu will have to stay at home on Sundays as people visiting Mumbai will come to see him outside his house.

The fan also called Sonu Sood the next Amitabh Bachchan of Bollywood.

However, the “Happy New Year” actor gave a classy reply and said why people will come to his house, instead he will go to their houses and have Aloo parantha, paan and tea at their houses.

The coronavirus pandemic has taken more than 356K lives worldwide while in India, the number of lives lost is around 4,500. India is under lockdown till May 31 but the number of patients is on the rise and things are far from being under control; however, it is not as bad as in some developed countries such as USA, UK, etc.
