There is no doubt that Indian professionals are doing good in the international arena and one more engineering grad has made history by getting an offer of Rs 1.2 crore per annum from the biggest search engine Google.

We are talking about 22 years old Aditya Paliwal who is a student of integrated M.Tech in International Institute of Information Technology-Bangalore (IIIT-B).

On Sunday, the convocation ceremony will be held in which Aditya will be given his convocation certificate and after that, he will join Google on 16th July. He will be a part of Google’s Artificial Intelligence research wing in New York.

Aditya is from Mumbai and the first time he became famous was when he was one of the 50 students selected from 6000 candidates all over the world as he cleared Google’s test that was conducted in regard to Artificial Intelligence technology.

Along with his teammates Simran Dojania and Shyam K B, Aditya also reached the final of ACM International Collegiate Programming Contest (ICPC) in 2017-2018. It is considered as one of the most esteemed competition for the candidates of computer language coding. This year, the event was attended by 50,000 students from 3098 universities and 111 nations.

Aditya told this to TOI,

“I got the offer in March and I was waiting for it. I’m really happy and I hope to learn as many things I can during my tenure at Google.”

When he was asked about his 5-yr stay in Bengaluru, he said,

“Overall, it was a very good experience. My teachers encouraged me to do better and also supported the innovative ideas. My seniors also played crucial role.”

Other than programming, Aditya loves to drive and follows cricket and football.
