While MS Dhoni has established himself as one of the most successful skippers of the country as India has won three ICC trophies under his captaincy – 2007 T20 World Cup, 2011 ODI World Cup and 2013 Champions Trophy, Rohit Sharma has failed in making his team win the T20 World Cup last year and cricket fans are hoping him to make India win the WTC finals and the ODI World Cup too.

As far as international platform is concerned, MS Dhoni may be far ahead of Rohit Sharma but in the IPL, it is the latter who is the most successful skipper of the league as Mumbai Indians has won five titles under his leadership. However, Dhoni is also not far behind as Chennai Super Kings has won four titles under his captaincy.
