The operation was characterized as “measured and non-escalatory,” reflecting a strategic approach by the Indian military.
The Indian Army’s official statement declared, “Justice is served. Jai Hind,” reaffirming the legitimacy and intent behind the operation. Politicians including Union Ministers Kiren Rijiju and Bandi Sanjay Kumar also expressed their approval, commending the armed forces for their decisive action in response to the tragic events in Pahalgam.
Sources indicate that Operation Sindoor has led to the elimination of at least 70 terr@rists and many have sustained injuries. The strikes were meticulously executed, targeting critical terr@r infrastructure in various locations including Kotli, Ahmadpur Sharqia, Muzaffarabad, Muridke and Faisalabad. The military emphasized that the operation was carefully planned to avoid any escalation, explicitly stating that no Pakistani military installations were targeted.
