Janhvi Kapoor, the beautiful Bollywood actress, is one of the rising stars of the industry and people have high hopes with her considering that she is the daughter of veteran actress late Sridevi who ruled the film industry for years. She made her debut opposite Shahid Kapoor’s brother Ishaan Khatter with “Dhadak”, the Hindi remake of Marathi movie “Sairat”. The flick hit the theatres in 2018 but since then, no movie of Janhvi has released.

As Janhvi is daughter of famous actress late Sridevi and producer Boney Kapoor, she also has to face questions on nepotism and the actress has talked about it once again. First of all, she opened up about the high pressure that she faces and deals with but she does not let that pressure affect her. Instead, she focuses on her work because she is fully aware of the fact that there are many people out there who will not mind taking anybody’s life for getting the opportunity.

On the question of nepotism, she explains that she does understand how people feel out there and they may feel a little cheated but she knows that it will all stop as she proves herself.

Nepotism has become a pretty hot topic nowadays and many star kids are facing the heat. It all started with Kangana Ranaut calling Karan Johar the flag-bearer of nepotism and since then, this topic gets discussed every now and then.

On the work front, Janhvi has some great projects lined-up as she will be seen with Rajkummar Rao in “Roohi Afzana” and then she is also working with Kartik Aaryan and Lakshya in “Dostana 2”. She has also signed the biopic of Gunjan Saxena, the Indian Air Force Pilot who was the first female and Indian woman air force pilot in combat who played an important role in the Kargil war. Apart from this, Janhvi Kapoor is also a part of Karan Johar’s ambitious project “Takht” which is a multi-starrer movie.
