Media knows just one thing and i.e. “GOSSIPS”. Yes, as soon as the journalists catch hold of some news, they immediately create hype and spread it like wildfire. Not only that, another problem with these journalists is the misreporting of facts. Sometimes it is just 10 percent of the story that they know, but they report it as if they know 100 percent of it. This is definitely BAD JOURNALISM, don’t you think so?
Media misreports facts about Bollywood celebrities as well; while many a times stars enjoy these rumors and gossips, there are times when they just hate the journalists and SLAM them. Something similar happened with Sonu Nigam too….
The singer is super-pissed with Mumbai Mirror, as they disappointed him in every possible way. Sonu didn’t like the way he was talked about. Well, he had recently visited his brothers in Dubai, and Mumbai mirror was quick enough to turn this statement into a gossip. Obviously, it was a family matter and the newspaper shouldn’t have done that.
Want to know what they stated? The news said, Sonu Nigam is spending a lot of time in Dubai and is earning huge ‘Moolahs’, can you believe that? Not only this, the newspaper went ahead and wrote “The wealthy Sindhi brigade in UAE is delighted to have him light up their mehfils and Diwali taash parties with his stereophonic voice.”
Now, this was something we call as ‘DISGUSTING’. Seriously? Is Sonu Nigam a ‘Mehfil Singer’? Were the journalists out of their mind? Such a big name in the music industry doesn’t deserve these words; instead he should be respected. Sonu Nigam was enraged on seeing this and he immediately took to Twitter and lashed out at Mumbai Mirror;
