“Sitting is more dangerous than smoking, kills more people than HIV, and is more treacherous than parachuting. We are sitting ourselves to death.”

Don’t lie to yourself. Don’t tell yourself I don’t sit for hours. Surely you take a small break, get up for a few mins, grab a bite, drink water or take a leak. But even after all that, you’re continuously sitting in your chair for 1-2 hours continuously, 8-9 hours a day, then imagine for yourself! Just five minutes break after an hour won’t do the job, you have to take 10-15 minutes after every 45-60 minutes. Start working out, do Yoga, eat healthy, not junk food. There are many exercises you can do at work.

Guys share this with your friends and let them know how dangerous too much sitting is.
