Dimple Kapadia, the senior actress has been entertaining us for many years now and audiences are loving her performance in the web series “Saas, Bahu Aur Flamingo” which released in May.
While we all feel that she is a very confident person but in a recent interview, she revealed that she had some issues with her confidence mainly because of her health condition and age as well. She stated that when she was offered the role, she was very excited but three months before the shooting, she wanted to get out of the series.
In the interview, she said that two days before the shoot, she tried to find out some way to get some sympathy from somewhere, she even talked to the lawyer but nothing helped and now she is happy that she failed.
Dimple says that she feels she would have preferred to sit at home but her children played an important role in sending her out for work. She said that her children pushed her to work and it has certainly helped her.
Dimple Kapadia said once she told her daughter Twinkle Khanna that she doesn’t want to work anymore because her health is going down and there were questions in her mind as to what is the need for her to see herself on the screen like this. Dimple said that in response, Twinkle asked her if she needs money and when Dimple said yes, Twinkle told her to leave her vanity at home and go to work.
Twinkle’s response was quite blunt but sometimes a person needs to be blunt in order to help their loved ones. What do you say?
