So far we had listened about the poverty of North Korean people and the royal attitude of Kim Jong Un.
But as per the latest update, even he is drying up on funds lately.
Two Chinese people who have connections with the North Korean government told Radio Free Asia that Kim Jong has drained out most of his inherited money and has left with very less money now.
They told that Kim Jong Un has spent most of his earnings in the latest missile tests and his fulfilling his fancy habits.
According to Fox News, a source told the news agency-
“Due to Kim Jong Un’s extravagant spending, the slush fund from his father, Kim Jong Il, is running out.”
The source also added-
“It won’t be easy to control North Korea’s high-level executives, who are (cunning) like racoons.”
Another source has said that North Korea’s participation in the upcoming Winter Olympics being held in Pyeongchang, South Korea, is reportedly “a scheme to refill (Kim’s) coffers.”
Fox has further reported that North Korea intends to solicit charity from South Korea while pretending as improving relationship with them by participating in the Winter Olympics.
The situation is so nasty, that a source reported-
“North Korean officials also have been reported to be ransacking the homes of drought-stricken farmers to collect every last grain of food inside.”
