Bollwood director Sanjay Leela Bhansali is known to make movies which are larger than life. The sets of his movies are mesmerizing and at the same time, he focuses much on the outfits and make up of his leading ladies who look like pretty angels from the sky.
After the success of “Bajirao Mastani”, Bhansali is back with another historic period drama “Padmavati” which has been making headlines ever since its announcement was made. Be it Deepika’s unibrow or Ranveer’s first look, everything related to the flick makes news and people seem to be more than crazy to watch the movie.
The trailer was scheduled to be released at 13:03 pm and there’s a strong cause behind this timing. Yes, this time is special taking into consideration the fact that the first fight between Sultan Alauddin Khilji and Maharawal Ratan Singh took place in 1303 AD.
In “Padmavati”, the character of Ratan Singh is portrayed by Shahid whereas Ranveer will be seen as Khilji. It’s for the first time that we will get to see Ranveer in a negative role. At one fell swoop, it will be exciting to watch Shahid and Deepika romancing for the first time.
